Our home

Built around 1840, The Manor (formerly called the « Château de Port-Cros ») has always been the family seat of the island’s owners: the duke of Vicence, the marquis of Caulaincourt, Messrs. Noblet, and the marquis Costa de Beauregard amongst others. Masters of the domain since the 1920’s, Mr. and Mrs. Henry converted it into a hotel in 1948.
This provençal bastide qualified by André Malraux as « a delicious small edification with a vaguely colonial touch » has retained its faded charm.
It is nowadays sought out for its timeless atmosphere, its tranquillity, the freshness of its centuries-old eucalyptus trees and the feeling of being welcomed with the courtesy of an old family home.
